These tailpieces are made from professionally finished boxwood with added ebony accents to levels of production superior to most other tailpieces you will see.

Shipping:

Domestic Shipping: 

• All items are shipped from the UK 
• We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard, Shipping time Estimated in 6- 10 Business Days (it's usually better!) 

• Because of the postge, the price will be a little more higher to the countries Outside UK, and normally, the shipping time will be a few days longer to these countries.

• All orders will be processed within 2 business days from the date of payment and monies clearing. The delivery confirmation will be sent via e-mail when your order is processed. 
• We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the Shipping carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. 
• Local pick-ups are not possible. 
• Please allow sufficient time for delivery and contact us if you don't receive your package within 14 business days. 
• Please make sure the address on your payment is current. Our shipping service do not cover forwarding service, thus if you are not residing at your shipping address provided in paypal, Please be aware of this and make sure to update your address to your current address before you make the payment.  
• If the package is returned by forwarding issue, buyer will be charged for return shipping and reshipping fee or we will refund the original amount deducted from return shipping cost.

• We only ship to Paypal confirmed UK address. 
• if the Item comes with a choice of colours then please make sure to specify the desired colour on the note section (message to seller) when you make payment through PAYPAL or eBay note. Otherwise, we will pick random color for the choice.

Warranty& Return:

• All our product have been checked and packaged in good condition. 
• Every product got 90 days warrant.

• All returns without RMA form/number will be denied. Please make sure you obtain and include it in the returned package.
